How I made a background for my Blog pictures

I don’t need anything as intricate as the above picture! You may recall the post I wrote about taking good blog pictures and having or making a good background or backdrop. I finally bought a few things hoping to check this off my blog to do list. The pictures I take of my crafts are getting an upgrade yall!

Out of all the links and post I read, I learned that the most important thing for a good background was light; preferably natural light. Everything else is personal preference; things such as flowers, or odds and ends. Hopefully these will add to the overall beauty of the picture.

Below is one rendition of the make shift background I’ll be using for my blog pictures.

Sorry for all the pictures, I’m still learning blog etiquette! 🙂

As this is just a start, I can see my pictures getting better as I find more accessories for the background. I’m going to enjoy shopping for small trinkets. Does it sound like I’m getting more excited about shopping for background accessories than I am for the finished product of my craft? 🙂 Do you guys have a “set up” for your blog pictures? Any additional pointers you care to share?
